Privacy Policy
Simply put, we do not sell any information you provide us. We will only send you emails pertaining directly to your order, or, if you opt-in to our Newsletter, we will send you an email newsletter from time to time (about once per month).We will not spam you ever!

Shipping Policy for Non-Download merchandise
All shipping is via USPS First Class mail or parcel post depending on the weight of the shipment. We ship with delivery confirmation (where available) and email you the delivery confirmation number so that you can track the package on the USPS website. The actual time to receive your order is usually about 7 calendar days, but times may vary slightly. All orders leave our warehouse in 1 to 3 business days.

International Orders outside the US, Canada, and Mexico
All international orders are shipped via Airmail or are shipped via the best way determined by our shipper and should arrive in 5 to 10 days depending on the country of receipt (according to the postal service). We have found this time frame to be overly optimistic in many cases and actual delivery times can take 3 weeks or more in some cases.

Downloadable Products
There is no shipping charge for downloadable products, and all downloadable products are available for you to download immediately after completing your order.

Shipping Charges (all prices in US dollars)
There is no shipping charge for any downloadable merchandise that you order. For all other merchandise, the charges are as follows:

Orders within the United States and Canada: $3.50 for the first item, plus $ 0.75/additional item.

Orders shipped to Mexico: Add $4.50 for the first item, plus $ 0.75/additional item.

International Orders outside the US, Canada, and Mexico: Add $16.75 for the first item, plus $3.50/additional item.
